my baby is having a fever from last night i m giving him paracetamol with dolo bt for hours he is normal bt after sometime again he has fever what can i do u am also have fever? please tell me what can i do

A. most of the fevets babies will be having a viral infection generally it will take 4 to 5 days time to subside you may continue paracetamol to the baby if the fever is more consult a doctor
