My son was 2 years 4 month he has fever 101 from two day after giving crocin syrup fever may down but after few hours again fever come back kindly suggest me ?

A. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol 250 MG 3 ml 6 hourly for 3 days If no improvement than immediately consult ur doctor
