Q.

my baby is 3 month 4 days old. after 2.5 month ka injection he bale (Gath) in his thigh from 4 days. i am giving ice massage also. can i give hot water massage on it

A. don't give hot fomentation. small lump where the injection was given which disappears after a few weeks can occur. If the shot site has Redness, swelling, and tenderness where the injection was given than do Consult your paedritician.
