Q.

my baby is 2year 2months old. he had fever 2days ago and is not eating anything...he ate 5 spoon of oats yesterday and an 5 spoons today..he is not even drinking milk...he is drinking water..he has become weak...feeling helpless what to do

A. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in tyhis. Multivitamin syrup lihke syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months. Give all the vaccination required.
