Q.

my baby is 2months 16days old,he has cold,iam giving saline nasal drops, does this drops reduce cold or not,,or should I use any medicine for the baby

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines livke wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalagftion is repeated frequently .

A. Its Just help in opening nasal congestion when your child is having it it is not going to eliminate running nose and one it is only going to help in diesel condition which makes it difficult for a child to breathe so for that only nasal drops are giving
