Q.

may 4 months baby girl having mild cold? what can i do? she is not crying due to cold? cold can go away by own or not? or can i give naso clear saline drops.. or plz suggest any nasal drops? how to use?

A. Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity. Try to prevent temperature variations around the child You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold Continue the regular diet of the child If there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor For fever and pain give paracetamol

A. You Can actually use nasal drops if you want to you can use it about 4 to 5 times in a day as and when required and it is not going to go away on its own you’ll have to consult your doctor for a proper medicines because your child is too small it’s better to go ahead with proper medicines
