My baby is 24 days old suffering from cold and cough...mere pediatric ne syrup diye they use karne par bhi nahi kam huwa hai sardi so please give me suggestions mam

Madam your child is too small if the child has not been relaxed with the medicines suggested by the doctor then kindly consult your doctor again because it is not suggested to give any medicine to the child without getting the child examined or checked by the doctor
