you can give that drops gastica 0.5 ml or you can go for colicaid 0.5 ml but all these at the end only medicines and you have to do burping massage and if it is not improving the condition then only go for this medicines

it is not advisable to give gripe water to the child because at the end it is a type of medicine only which will contain large amount of sugar and bicarbonate which again has got side effects for small children
