my baby is 16 month old having fever I gave him syrup what else should I do ?

Author of questionMom of a 6 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. his body temperature is 39°c. i gave crocin around 4:30 the fever went and now again fever came and the milk which he was drinking that also he vomate.. plz help me what should I do next.
