My baby is 12 weeks old and sometimes has a small amount of spit-up/milk rolling out of her mouth. A few days ago I noticed a tiny bright-yellow dot in the spit-up, and today I noticed a few tiny yellow streaks.Yesterday she spit up 6 times in small amounts in 1 hour and after that she again took feed and slept the night with 3 feeds. We have a upcoming train journey and I'm concerned, please advise

Completely normal and not a matter of concern with the details that you stated the picture that you have shared everything seems to be absolutely fine but in case of any doubt as you are going to travel very soon you can just confirm with your doctor for clarity
