My baby is 12 weeks old and sometimes has a small amount of spit-up/milk rolling out of her mouth. A few days ago I noticed a tiny bright-yellow dot in the spit-up, and today I noticed a few tiny yellow streaks. we have a upcoming train journey and I'm concerned, please advise

It seems completely fine to me and having speed ups like this is completely normal due to poor digestion and stomach reflux but in case of any doubt if you have you can always consult your doctor as you are having a journey ahead of you so be sure about everything
