my baby got this spots on the back of neck... what is this.? any kind of allergy or something like massage oil is not suiting.. I used figaro baby oil

A. dear mom. its looking like dome skin allergy. hold using any oil or skin lotion. apply calamine lotion on his skin. and consult your doctor if no improvement. ok
