My baby gets rashes after having bath and it gets disappeared by morning it started few days back when the climate started fluctuating like sometimes it’s very cold foggy and sometimes it’s warm

So That’s probably just due to fluctuating where are you do not have to worry about this and slowly gradually things are going to be better maybe the water you are using is a little more warmer than usual which is why this Pimple appear and it just go away with time so that’s very normal as of
