Q.

my baby drinks only jaggery water....I give 200 ml water 4 5times a day but add jagerry to it or sometimes Nan powder....then only he drinks....is it okay? is it sufficient required water for him

A. Don’t give jaggery water throughout the day as too much sweet is not good and also you can try giving water in a colourful Sippy cup and give soups coconut water homemade juices

A. It’s Still less for a child and also if you keep adding stuff to the water than your child will never be able to accept the regular test of water there in future also you’ll have to add something or the other to give a flavoured water to the child so do not give this you know it’s not a good habit
