my baby drinks cow milk 3 4 times in a day. can i give it with jaggery powder in summer?? or please tell the best alternative?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom yes you can add in jaggery powder to it rather than using refiend white sugar , aslo dry fruit powder mix can be added as well too ,
