Q.

my baby drinks cow milk 3 4 times in a day. can i give it with jaggery powder in summer?? or please tell the best alternative?

A. Hello mom yes you can add in jaggery powder to it rather than using refiend white sugar , aslo dry fruit powder mix can be added as well too ,

A. Thank you so much!. My MIL said i can't give jaggery during summer season, so just wanted to confirm.
