Q.

my baby drinks abohut 1L of water per day but mixed with jaggery or nan or lactogen....hardly takes plain water.. is it okay??

A. nope.. Adequate water intake is very important for a baby's good digestion. Children should learn how to drink water without any flavor or sweetner in it. encourage to have plain water. use attractive sipper, mugs, cups.

A. See Continue adding jaggery that means you’re giving sweet water to the child or your child is waiting basically used to having sweet water let it will be tough for you to give normal water to the child so try giving normal water only sometimes if you add a little bit of ORS of jaggery to it it is fine but not on a regular basis
