my baby boy is having this bump from 5 days in diaper area if we touch it's hard he feels pain.et is this bump mean?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 days agoA. Hello good evening !! It is Heat boil due to body heat ,occurs in summer. Apply coconut oil or sandal paste on the heat boil to heal fast. Give heat beating fluids coconut water,butter milk, barley,sabja water,lemon water ,mousambi juice .
