My baby 2 year 7 m old Recofast plus dene ke kitne hour baad paracetamol baby ko de sakte hai she is suffering from cold n fever

A. the baby is two years 7 months of age if the baby is having fever and cold recofast plus will be having a combination of both Fever syrup and cold combination
