My 9 month who is exclusively breastfed has loose motion n lactose intolerance. Her bottom area has become fully red . Pls suggest how to reduce the redness, have tried applying ghee n happynap cream but it's still lot red.

A. do apply candid b cream. cleaning the area with a gentle washcloth. Avoid rubbing excessively while cleaning the affected area. allowing diaper free time to air-dry. Contact your paediatrician,if rashes do not decrease..
