Q.
My 9 month old got lactose intolerance who is exclusively breastfed. Been a week she is pooping 10 times n got rash in her bottoms. Doctor has adviced to switch to lactose free milk. Pls suggest if any other alternative is there

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
