my 6 months old baby getting loose motion, the color changes every time, one time yellow, white and green. I can't take my baby to the doctor because of corona. suggest me any drops.

A. it seems that the baby is suffering from stomach infection which is the colour of the motion is also changing I would recommend that you should try to set up an appointment with the doctor online and then use medicine
