my son is getting yellow color loose motion from three times today what drops should I give him?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting adffnd its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Entrogermina you can give to the child along with that also you need to check if your child is teaching because that could be one of the most common reasons that the child can have lose motions in this age this is the basic probiotic for the medication would be suggested by your doctor
