my Baby of 13months having loose motion from yesterday 4time she is doing loose little bit green some time yellow some time other color.. pls suggest some solution

Entrogermina you can give as of now but you’ll have to find out eventually what is the reason behind it so it is better that you please consult your paediatrician a proper course of medication with be suggested to the child according to the issue and the reason behind it
