POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Increase fluids using ORS. Continue giving breastmilk, formula or regular milk. Amount: For babies, give 2-4 ounces (60-120 mL) of ORS after every large watery stool. Caution: Do not give ORS as the only fluid for more than 6 hours. It's normal for your baby to have the occasional runny poo. This is because your baby's digestive system is developing and adapting after they're born. Baby poo tends to be runny looking, especially if your baby is breastfed, so it can be difficult to spot the signs of baby diarrhoea.
