Q.
My 4months & 28 days old daughter got fever day before yesterday in night temp ranging from 38.2 - 38.6 c later in morning I went to Ped who advised Meftal P thrice a day half spoon however after giveing Meftal fever goes down but the temp is getting lower at 35c , is it a matter of concern , please advise

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. better to use paracetamol drops like fepanil l for feverFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
