Q.

my 3years and 7 months son has last 15 days a hard potty, hhe eat both times a roti,sabji, and some time he ate dinner dal,rice.

A. it is common I. kids. Hard stool is common in this stage of kids as mostly baby did not eat fibrous diet and drink enough quantity of water . So same should be increased in baby diet and any medication shoukd be avoided . Lactulose can be given in babies more than 2 yr only .

A. But Apart from eating is your child having good amount of water or liquids or not because it is very important that the body should be very well hydrated then only the motion problem is sorted if your child is constipated then it could be due to lack of water in the body
