my 3 month baby have infantile acne on her cheek.. I am massaging her in olive oil .it became reddish .what can I do for that acne ..here is the photo⁰

A. no pic is attached. it gradually subside by it's own by the age of two to three months. keep massagin with coconut oil. keep feeding regularly. maintain hygein.
