Q.

my 20th week scan report says cervix length is 3cm. Now Iam 8 months pregnant. Does it matter in my delivery or what are the concerns i should be aware of ?

A. hi mom normal delivery depend upon number of factors such as pelvic capacity baby size cervical findings etc so u need to consult with your doctor for details history and examination

A. In the present study, 80% of patients with length of the cervix between 2.1 and 3cm delivered vaginally. Among cervical length more than 4cm, percentage of women delivered vaginally was 52% and abdominally was 48%.
