My 2 yr 11 month son not eating properly.He is chewing toys ,clothes and wall dust.please suggest me.

A. sometimes eat or chew on toys and clothes to regulate their nervous system, manage anxiety, or satisfy sensory seeking needs. It can also be a habit . If your child is actually swallowing these items, contact a pediatrician immediately to rule out nutritional deficiencies or safety risks.

A. I think your child is probably having deficiency which is why this is happening I’m just going to recommend you to kindly have an assessment with the doctors that you can start with right kind of supplements for your child
