my 2 months pregnant friend have smelly urine and the vagina portion got swelled she applied lakme lotion and after that she feels irrition over there what should we do

Ask her to take some mild antiseptic liquid into warm water and clean her vagina area and apply coconut oil or she can also apply Boroline antiseptic cream so this will definitely help a lot currently and ask her to talk to her gynaecologist immediately
