my 2.5 month old baby is not pooping from 3 days what should I do

Ritu SrivastavaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello parents, Infants older than eight weeks often go 4 or 5 days without a dirty diaper, and it doesn't mean they are constipated. Breastfed babies, especially if they have not started solid foods, can easily go two weeks without a poopy diaper once they are 2-3 months old.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 2.5 months of h not passing stool for 4 days There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
