My 1 year 4 month baby is having quite hard stool these days. He doesnt drink water much. No matter how many times I give him water, he simply refuses it. How can I get this sorted please?

A. if he is not drinking water offer other fluids like warm soups, coconut water , fruit juice.. Give more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables to help relieve from constipation. tc.
