how can I make my 6 months baby drink water he is always spitting out water no matter how much I try he does not take any liquid except my breast milk how can I make him give water as I have already started solids

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. giving him a few sips of water with the help of spoon, couple of times a day (no more than 1 ounces per day.) offer small amounts of cooled boiled tap water only, You may start with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time—and that's fine, because they don't really need it in more amount

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Start with just a few sips, it can be from a spoon, and slowly build up to them drinking water from a cup.
