my 1 mon baby has very small pimples on face, and I am using Himalaya company products but still don't know why he has small small pimples?? kindly advise

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. that might be baby acne ..which is quite common in newborns . it will appear at two weeks and gradually subside by it's own by the age of2 months. keep massagin with your regular oil.
