hii doctor my son is 1 month old and he had small small pimples on his face can i use deemadew aloe lotion so many small small pimples

This is very common in babies so you should not use anything on baby’s skin. Just leave it as it is it will get cured in next few days by its own. Till the time you just have to keep your baby in normal room temperature in don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. And continue using baby products don’t apply oil for next few days.
