Mujhe bahut jyada weakness hoti hai Mai bahut jaldi exhaust ho Jatin’s hu baby birth ke baad kya ye normal hai ki mujhe proper dr. Treatment lena chahiye

A. hello have vitamin and calcium rich food in the diet and also it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too which should be good
