hello mam main 13th month baby boy ki mom hun mai usey roz feed krati hun mujhe problem ye hai ki mujhe bahut weakness rahti hai merey hathon ki ungliyon mein bahut dard rhta hai pairon mein bhi drad rahta hai aur main bahut patli bhi ho gyi hun please mujhe advise kre mujhe kya karni chahiye

You stop breastfeeding your child I think your body is not able to handle it all your nutrition are going to the child and that is why you are feeling weak so completely quit breastfeeding eat well and have supplements like calcium vitamin and iron on regular basis for at least coming three months they will help you a lot
