hello mam main 13th month baby boy ki mom hu mera bahut patli hoti ja rhi hu aur weakness bhi rahti hai mujhe kya karni chahiye?

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily. have vitamin d weekly for three months

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to have milk and milk products and eggs everyday this will help to provide a lot of energy to you it will also help you to gain some weight take ample amount of rest
