meri daughter ko kal se feet pe kaafi itching ho rhi thi den uske pair me side me small daane ho gye h . ye kya h and isko q ho rhe h plz koi suggest kare me kya karu. maine kal raat me neem oil lagaya tha iske pair toh ye so gyi thi aaj phir se ye or red ho gye h and thik v nae ho rhe. plz suggest me as soon as possible. thanks🙏 in advance

hello...This could be eczema which has red dots or spot ... itchy patches on the skin, often seen on the baby's chest, arms, legs, face, elbows, and behind the knee which is  caused by dry, sensitive skin, and sometimes allergies (although it can be difficult at this age to know what the trigger might be...like bedsheet pillows blanket etc washed in detergent which is not baby friendly use Dettol wash all...change the soaps
