Hello ma’am Yes you can apply coconut oil not an issue because hair oiling has got nothing to do with cold and cough issues so you can most certainly go for it no issues. In fact if you would want then you can warm the oil a little and then apply it onto your child’s scalp to maintain proper warmth in the body
