mere baby k first vaccine lgi thi ab 4 months bd wo spot yellow hogya he pakne jesa.what can we do for them?

A. , your baby girl is 4 months old and she has a yellow spot at the injection site of first vaccinations injection so please consult with your paediatrician and give it again
