Stammering is quite a problem that can happen at any time in their life so currently a child is too small I would strongly recommend you to take some speech therapist for the child that is how you are going to have a clear speech for your child kindly consult a speech therapist as soon as you can

Your child is having really low or poor immunity which is why your child is getting sick over and over like this also get it tested if your child is having some kind of an allergy allergy can also lead to this kind of a problem to a child on a continuous basis
