AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom It happens due to hypo calcemia. Please take iron, calcium and vitamin D supplements by consulting ur doctor for the same. Take adequate rest and sleep. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
