A. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a. have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily. maintain a good spine posture .

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
