#Mamaxpert Iam going through a lot of weakness after delivery it has been 4 months still iam not able to stand for long and walk long and also i am having always back ache so is there any syrup to reduce weakness

A. this is not good ok. try yo take up a CBC abs thyroid chrck abd see thet yiu est a high protein, and calcium n iron rich diet on daily basis
