walking, yoga, etc can be started
avoid heavy workouts etc
have proper sleep, plenty of fluids, and good nutrition with all vital nutrients

after 6 months of delivery ,you can start.
till that Walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
