Well A lot of doctors say that you should start having castor oil that will help in inducing labour naturally but I really do not approve of it so if you want you can consult your doctor she can do a sweep stretch with which the labour will trigger in 48 hours and that is the safest way that you can go forward without any medicine or any other supplement
