its been 3 months... i am c section mama.... can i reduce my belly wearing belt

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Belly won’t reduce just because you use belly belt. You have to work out on a daily basis after you finish 6 months post surgery and also do portion control then
