Its been 16 days that she bornt. I want to ask that till how many days shall i keep her wrapped in a blaket or cozy cover? When shall i keep her free so that she can move her limbs easily?

During this time, your baby might be able to roll onto their tummy, but not be able to roll back over. This can raise their risk of SIDs.
