you can take any brand of calcium and iron supplement Which ever get suitable to you more

Yes it seems completely safe but since you are pregnant I would not recommend you to take any single supplement without consulting the doctor it is a mix of lot of supplements which is going to be very good but during pregnancy we don’t recommend you to take anything without consulting your gynaecologist
